We encourage and support a healthy lifestyle

We offer classes, workshops and activities that promote physical and emotional health. We care for the wellbeing of the community and provide direct assistance to the most vulnerable residents by providing assistance for their basic needs.

COMMUNITY KITCHEN

  • Local women gather weekly in our kitchen and learn to prepare nutritious meals for their families using fresh produces from both our garden and local food banks. They prepare additional protions they deliver to our vulnerable residents.

      • Nutritional Education: Teach local women to prepare nutritious meals using fresh produce.

      • Support Community Health: Utilize resources from the garden and local food banks for meal preparation.

      • Foster Community Service: Encourage women to prepare and deliver additional meals to vulnerable residents.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

  • Our organization champions physical wellness through support for sports facilities and the organization of various energetic activities.

    • Everybody help clean and put away the material once the activity is over
